We at PATHWAY GROUP undertake the following activities efficiently with regard to evaluation of the candidate before the initial interview. As job applications arrive by email or via an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), our hiring staff reviews the résumés or CVs and cover letters according to job description and criteria established in the planning step. The suitable applications are filtered for next step and the unqualified candidates’ applications are withdrawn from the applicant pool. Qualified candidates are informed of next steps beginning with a screening interview.
